As Memorial Day approaches, it's a time for us to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice while serving our country. Among those who bear the heavy burden of loss are Gold Star families, who have lost a loved one in military service. This Memorial Day, let's come together as a community to show our appreciation and support for these families who have sacrificed so much. Consider creating a memorial garden in a community space to honor fallen soldiers and provide a place for Gold Star families to find solace. Work with local organizations, businesses, and volunteers to design and establish a serene and respectful space. This garden can serve as a tangible reminder of the community's gratitude and support.
