Individual counseling, often referred to as therapy, is a one-on-one process between a client and a licensed mental health professional. The purpose of this therapeutic relationship is to address personal challenges, emotional struggles, and mental health issues in a confidential and supportive setting. Unlike other forms of therapy, individual counseling is specifically tailored to your unique experiences and goals, making it an effective tool for long-term mental health improvement.
